Getting Your Timer Serviced
 |
If you are experiencing any problems with your
FarmTek product, please give us a call, toll free, at
(800) 755-6529, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. You will receive prompt and courteous
attention.
It is important to call us before you send in your
equipment. We may be able to solve the problem right
over phone, and if not, we can generally isolate the
problem to just a single piece of equipment while we talk
with you.
When you are ready to send in the equipment that our
service technician has recommended, please print
this page and follow the directions below
carefully. Doing this will ensure we know exactly what to
do with your equipment when it arrives and how to return
it to you in time for your next event. |
- Pack only those items that the service technician
recommended be sent in for repair. Do not remove
antennas from wireless equipment. Do remove
batteries from any wireless electric eyes. Do not send the
carrying case or the tripods.
- For rush repairs: Use UPS or
FedEx overnight for morning delivery. Express
Mail does not arrive until late in the day and
cannot be shipped back out the same day.
